Sheng Shi (b. 2003, Jilin, China) is a conceptual artist working across installation, photography, and intervention. Based in London, their practice examines how platform capitalism colonises attention, manufactures consensus, and administers belief. The work makes visible the infrastructure through which truth, suspicion, and imagination are monopolised.

Recent projects include Grok, Is This True?, which examines AI's authority in legitimising conspiracy and encoding ideology as knowledge; Point of Interest, a subjective mapping of urban advertising that exposes legal asymmetries between corporate billboards and graffiti; and Before Disclosure, which addresses the politics of redaction and the aesthetics of the hidden.

Sheng Shi studied at the Fine Arts School Affiliated to China Central Academy of Fine Arts, Beijing (2019–2022), and completed a BA Fine Art (First Class Honours) at Goldsmiths, University of London (2022–2026), where they are currently pursuing an MFA Fine Art.
